- Year 2000
The First Alumni Homecoming after its revival in 1999 took place at the Multipurpose Hall on September 16, 2000, 5th Floor, FEU-NRMF Medical Complex, Regalado Avenue, West Fairview, Quezon City, wherein Dr. Claro A. Cabrera,
former Head of the FEU-NRMF School of Medical Technology was given a tribute and an award in recognition of his services and contributions to the FEU-NRMF School of Medical Technology and to the Alumni Association.

- Year 2001
The next Alumni Homecoming took place on December 8, 2001 at the same place. The honoree this time was Dr. Remedios A. Magkasi,
former Head of the Department of Pathology, Institute of Medicine and a Faculty member of the School of Medical Technology, for her services and contributions to the FEU-NRMF School of Medical Technology and to the Alumni Association.
- Year 2002
The Annual Homecoming took place at the Dr. Ricardo L. Alfonso Hall, FEU-NRMF, Regalado Avenue, Fairview, Quezon City on December 14. 2002.
Mr. Nardito D. Moraleta was honored as the Most Outstanding Alumnus of 2002 for his services and contributions to the FEU School of Medical Technology (as former Faculty and OIC),
as former President of the Alumni Association and to the Medical Technology Profession in general due to the approval of R.A. 5527 in June 21, 1969 when he was PAMET President.

This Annual Homecoming was held at the Aberdeen Court, Quezon Ave., Quezon City. The highlight of this event was the election of officers for the year 2004 and 2005.

- Year 2004
This homecoming was held at Kowloon, Quezon City on October 23, 2004. There were around 95 attendees. Several Alumni working in the hospitals such as the National Kidney Institute, Rizal Medical Center, Capitol Medical Center, United Doctors Medical Center took time to socialize with batch mates and friends. Other alumni who were successful in their own field of endeavor were also present.
Honored as the Most Outstanding Alumna of the Year was Mrs. Shirley Fabian Cruzada. She was then the Dean of the School of Medical Technology of Trinity College and PAMET President. Dr. Rogelda G. Bongat was also given a special citation for her invaluable service to the SCHOOL and to the MTAS.

Honored as the Most Outstanding Alumnus of the Year was Dr. Liberato C. dela Rosa who was also the unsuspecting guest speaker of the day.
