
GENERAL OBJECTIVES:
Assist the student attains maximum self-realization.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:
Specifically the Student Personnel Services seeks to:
Provide student orientation to facilitate adjustment to college life.
- Perform individual inventory and testing to aid towards self-knowledge and self-realization.
- Perform student and group counseling.
- Provide placement and follow-up services.
- Perform research and student evaluation.

Provide adequate students assistance on finance, health, food and housing.

Provide a variety of co-curricular activities.

Approve and monitor activities of recognized student organization.

Implement the Student Code of Conduct and recommend the appropriate disciplinary action to the proper school authorities.

Assist in the selection of students for scholarship grants.
ALUMNI SOCIETIES
The SPS works closely with the Alumni Societies for the future of our students especially in placement programs, scholarship grants and awards for outstanding performances, helping them in the early stage of their professions.
COMMITTEE ON SCHOLARSHIPS & AWARDS
The Committee on Scholarships & Awards is in-charge of the screening and recommendation of deserving students for scholarships and awards. Each school has their own respective criteria/guidelines for scholarships and awards; likewise, application and processing is being undertaken by each school.
SCHOLARSHIP AND AWARDS
ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIP

Students with full load in the evaluated semester garnering a General Weighted Average of 1.5 or better will get 100% scholarship (tuition and laboratory fee) and will pay only the miscellaneous fee and Special Development Fund.

Students with full load in the evaluated semester garnering a General Weighted Average of 1.51-1.75 will get 50% scholarship (tuition and laboratory fee) and will pay only the miscellaneous fee and Special Development Fund.
COMMITTEE ON HEALTH SERVICES
The Committee on Health Services is responsible for the health and hospitalization benefits given to all students of the Foundation. It attends to the health needs and problems of the students in cooperation with the Medical Center and hospital personnel. The Committee sees to it that all students entitled to medical, dental and hospitalization privileges and services are given the best medical care they deserve.
COMMITTEE ON ADMISSION
The Committee on Admissions of the different schools is responsible for the selection of qualified applicants. It is headed by a competent Chairman and with equally able members from the rosters of Faculty.
FOOD SERVICES
The SPS is aware that students should have a balanced and nutritious food at a reasonable price wherein the place is clean and conducive for dining. The SPS coordinator conducts periodic evaluation and gives the necessary comments and suggestions for the betterment/improvement of the food services.
GUIDANCE & COUNSELING OFFICE
The FEU-NRMF Guidance & Counseling Office provides services to the students of the Institute of Medicine and Schools of Medical Technology, Physical Therapy and Nursing. The various services such as Orientation, Individual Inventory; Testing; Information Service; Counseling; Placement & Follow-up; Seminars/ Training/Workshops; Referral; and Research and Evaluation; have become effective tools in directing/guiding students to improve their personal substance in the pursuit of their careers. The carefully designed Guidance Program is meant to meet the different aspects of human development and adjustment.
The Guidance counselor shall:

Formulate a guidance and counseling program that conforms with the purposes and objectives of the Foundation

Implement the approved guidance and counseling program in a well-organized manner

Help develop the potentials of every individual in the academic community in accordance with the objectives of the Foundation.
