Application  Process


1. How to apply?

A.    Fill out the Application Form on the website (www.feu-nrmf.ph). Please log in to your Admissions Portal and print out a copy of your application form.
B.    Proceed to the Admissions Office at UG-3 and submit the form along with the following requirements; 

Local Applicant
1.    Accomplished Application Form
2.    Grade 11(1st & 2nd sem) and Grade 12 Report Card (1st sem)
3.    PSA issued Birth Certificate
4.    1 Good Moral Character Certificate
5.    2 pcs passport size picture (white background)
6.    1 Long brown envelope
C.    Pay the Application fee at the Accounting Office UG- 1 or to any Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) branch. Application Fee is Non- Refundable. 
Local Citizen Graduate     Php600.00        
Foreign Citizen Graduate Php600.00     
D.    Secure the Test Permit at the Admissions Office UG-3.

Note: Please don’t wait for the email. Once you submit the form it will give you an application number and instruction to log in to your application portal.

Additional Requirements for Foreign Students
1. Photocopy of Birth Certificate/ Residence Certificate
2. Photocopy of I-Card/ Student Visa/ Photocopy of Passport
For Students Graduates from Abroad
1. Transcript of Record and all other required documents must be authenticated by the Philippine consulate at the enrollment phase.
2. The other requirements are not yet available. Can I submit it during my Entrance Examination?

-    Yes. Grade 11 and Grade 12 report card (form 138) photocopy must be submitted on or before the examination date. 

3. Can I edit the information I had on my portal?

-    Please let us know what information needs to be corrected and we will edit it for you.

4. What are the things I need to bring during the examination?

-    Black ball pen, scientific calculator and Test permit.

5. I can’t attend on my examination date, can I have another schedule?

-    Please let us know 2 days prior to your examination date and we will let you know your new schedule (if there are still available examination schedules).

6. How long will I need to wait for the result of examination?

-    The release of results will be posted on the website 2-3 weeks after the examination.

7. Will I receive an email if I PASSED or FAIL on the examination?

-    Yes. You will receive an email regarding the result of your application and further application instructions.

8. I was accepted but unable to reserve my slot by making a reservation payment. Can I still make a payment to gain my slot?
-    Payment for slot reservation can only be allowed on or before the given deadline. Accepted applicants who did not make a reservation payment on the deadline will automatically lose their slots and thus, cannot proceed to enrollment.

9. Can I refund the application fee and/or transfer it to another student?

-    The application fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. 

10. What scholarship do you offer?

Senior High School With Highest Honors - 100%    B. Senior High School With High Honors – 50%
Senior High School With Honors - 25 %.

11. When and how can I apply for a scholarship? 

-    Entrance scholarship is applied during the enrollment. Present a certification indicating the awards received the Gen. Average and the total number of Senior High School graduates issued by the school registrar.


Enrolment Process

1. Can I have my Laboratory Tests to other Hospital/Clinic outside the FEU-NRMF?

-    Student Applicants are required to process their laboratory tests and physical examination only at FEU-NRMF.

2. Can I use my Health Card for Medical Fee Payment?

-    NO.  Health Cards can only be used at the FEU-NRMF Hospital, not for laboratory tests required for enrollment.

3. Can I proceed with enrollment without having laboratory tests and physical examination first?

-    NO.  Laboratory tests and Physical examination comes first before your enrollment. You will need to secure a Fit to Enroll Slip Form. Once you have it, you can now proceed with Step 3 (Admissions Office) for enrollment.

4. Can I skip my laboratory tests and have my Physical Examination first?

-    NO.  Laboratory tests come first before the Physical Examination. You will need to collate all the lab results and submit them to the clinic during your physical examination.

5. Where can I get the RISK ASSESSMENT FORM?

-    You need to Log in to your Application Portal (admissions.feu-nrmf.edu.ph) where you can fill out and print out the Risk Assessment form. User name: your Application Number. Password: First letter of your last name and your date of birth. eg. Lopez.  January 25, 1991 (L01251991)

6. Can I proceed with enrollment if I still have followed up on medical tests?

-    You need to have it cleared first and secure the fit to enroll slip form from the clinic.

7. Can I use for enrollment all the photocopy documents I submitted during the application process?

-    NO. The documents needed for enrollment are all ORIGINAL/Authenticated copy.

8. During enrollment, is it possible that I may submit first the photocopy of my Report Card and just 
“to follow” the original copy?

-    NO. You must submit the ORIGINAL copy of your REPORT CARD (form 138) in order to proceed with enrollment.


9. I haven’t received yet my Senior High school diploma. Is it possible I can submit it once available?

-    Yes. But you need to provide a CERTIFICATE of GRADUATION indicating the exact date of graduation.

10. How can I apply for Entrance Scholarship?

-    You need to provide a certification from your school registrar that you graduated (With Honors /With High Honors /With Highest Honors) indicating your GWA, and the total number of senior High School graduates (must be 50 and above, otherwise, not valid).    With Highest Honors (100%)  With High Honors (50%)  With Honors (25%)

11. Can I refund my Php5, 000.00 reservation fee or transfer to another student?

-    Any payment made during the application and enrollment process is non-refundable and non-transferable.

12. I’m a Non –STEM strand graduate. Can I still apply for your Undergraduate Programs?

-    Yes! All new BS students who took non-Stem strand in Senior High School can be accepted however, you are strongly advised to enroll in a Bridging program For Science courses (Chemistry, Biology, and Physics). Classes will start in June 2020.

Senior High School (Grade 11 and 12)

Additional Requirement or Filipino citizens who graduated from foreign schools:

-    Voucher is applied during the enrollment. Present the certification and it will be automatically applied.
